But what\u2019s driving this trend\u2014and how is it impacting locals and buyers?<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Residential Properties on the Rise<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Idealista, in April 2025 the average property price in Valencia reached \u20ac2,992\/m\u00b2, marking a 20.3% year-on-year increase.
