The product offered in this store is a property reservation service. By completing the reservation, you guarantee the temporary availability of the selected property while you manage the purchase, rental, or transfer process with our team.
The reservation does not represent the acquisition of the property, but rather ensures that the property will not be offered to third parties during the agreed management period.
2. Price and Payment Method
The price of the reservation service is €1,000.00, VAT included.
The only available payment method is by bank transfer to the account that will be provided after confirming the request.
Once the deposit has been verified, the reservation will be formally confirmed, and our team will initiate the follow-up process.
3. Use of the Reservation Amount
The reservation amount may be used for one of the following purposes, depending on the case:
It will be deducted from the total price of the property if the purchase, rental, or transfer transaction is ultimately completed.
It will be fully refunded if, for justified reasons, the transaction is canceled or the agreement is not formalized.
Our team will evaluate each situation individually and maintain clear communication throughout the process.
4. Reservation Confirmation
After receiving proof of the bank transfer and its validation, you will receive a reservation confirmation email. From that moment, one of our advisors will guide you through all the necessary steps to complete the transaction.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you decide to cancel the reservation for personal reasons, we will evaluate the case and inform you about the possible refund.
If the transaction is not completed for reasons beyond the client’s control, the full reservation amount will be refunded.
6. Liability
The agency acts as an intermediary between the client and the property owner. We are committed to providing a professional, clear, and personalized service. However, we are not responsible for external circumstances that affect the availability or condition of the property.
